Terms of Service for SilverResort
SilverResort welcomes you to our wellness resort and sanatorium services for seniors. By accessing silverresort.vip and related services, you agree to these terms of service.
1. Services
1.1 Wellness Resort and Sanatorium Services
We provide accommodation, therapeutic treatments, guided wellness programs and senior care facilities at our premises located at Rämistrasse 66, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland.
1.2 Informational Products
SilverResort offers digital guides, video programs and e-books focused on senior wellness and healthy lifestyle practices.
1.3 Retail Products
Our online store features wellness accessories, spa essentials and health supplements designed for senior comfort and well-being.
2. Booking and Charges
Clients must complete their booking by submitting required information and paying in full at the time of reservation. We accept major payment cards and online transfer methods. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
3.1 Wellness Resort and Sanatorium Services
If you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, we will process a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior are eligible for a 50 percent refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are not refundable due to reserved facility and staffing commitments. However, you may reschedule your stay once without additional charge up to 48 hours before the original check-in date.
3.2 Informational Products
Clients may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided the digital content has not been accessed or downloaded. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. No transfers or interactions apply to digital content.
3.3 Retail Products
Unused and unopened goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. interactions for a different product are available upon request.
Custom wellness packages and promotional offers marked as non-refundable are exempt from refunds due to the personalized arrangements and third-party partnerships involved.
4. Rescheduling
Service appointments for in-person treatments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time at no extra charge. Requests made less than 48 hours before will incur a fee equivalent to 25 percent of the service charge.
5. Limitation of Liability
SilverResort maintains all reasonable standards of care and safety. We are not liable for personal items lost on the premises. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

7. Governing Law
